Jaguar Players' 2021-22 Season
The Jaguar Player are happy to be back for a great season! Plans are already underway to have our Fall play and our NYC trip. We are hopeful, too, to be able to mount a musical in the Spring.
First up is our fall play, How to Host a Murder Mystery Dinner Party (in Fifteen Simple Steps). Performances are scheduled for October 22-24. Check out the Green Room section for audition packets and crew applications.
If you are interested in join this season and want more information, come to the interest meeting on August 5th at 3:15-3:45 for students and 6-6:30pm for students in room 204. Email Mrs. Brady if you would like to Zoom link to join the parent meeting remotely.
Who are the Jaguar Players?
The Jaguar Players is the after school drama program at Kyrene Aprende Middle School in the Kyrene School District located in Chandler, Arizona. The Jaguar Players opened their first season during the fall semester of the 2013-14 school year. The premiere production was Nothing But the Truth, a play based on the best selling book by author Avi.
Since that first production, the Jaguar Players have put on productions including Rogers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, An Evening of One Acts, Bye, Bye Birdie, Crazytown, Disney's High School Musical, Jr, 30 Reasons Not to be in a Play, James and the Giant Peach, Jr., All I Really Need to Know I Learned from Being a Zombie, Rock of Ages, I Hate Shakespeare and Getting to Know Once Upon a Mattress.
Due to safety precautions, we are limiting the amount of seats at each performance. We encourage everyone to purchase their tickets in advance to assure you can get a seat. Limited tickets will be available at the box office at each performance. Masks will be required at all performances.
